  The Canadian rite got it's Letter of Patent from the Ancient & Accepted Rite of Freemasonry for England and Wales which got its Patent from the Northern Jurisdiction ; that intern got its Patent from the Southern  Jurisdiction; which based its society on the Grand Constitutions of 1762 by the Sovereign Grand Sublime Council of the Sublime Princes of the Royal Secret, Orients of Paris and Berlin.
